The Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office booked Micaiah Levi Flores into Whatcom County Jail Friday, July 17, on suspicion of first-degree child molestation, and jail records show he was released on $1,000 bail Monday.
The investigation began July 5, when deputies responded to a report of a possible sexual assault on Sudden Valley Drive, sheriff’s office spokesperson Deb Slater told The Bellingham Herald in an email. It revealed probable cause that Flores had sexually assaulted the two juveniles.
