The Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office lists the following people as being booked into Whatcom County Jail. In many cases charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Marcos Delgado, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for driving with a license suspended in the third degree.

James Michael Discher, booked by Bellingham Police Department for violating a protection order and false statement to an officer.

Richard Aime Duchene, booked by Ferndale Police Department for driving with a license suspended in the first degree and driving under the influence.

Randall Darrell Eagle-Claw, booked by an agency outside Whatcom County for driving with a license suspended in the first degree.

Lorin Edward French, booked by Department of Corrections for a department detainer.

Jeremy James Gilstrap, booked by Department of Corrections for a swift and certain warrant.

Kyle Patrick Goddard, booked by Blaine Police Department for third-degree malicious mischief.

Joel Mario James, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for violating a no-contact order.
