The Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office lists the following people as being booked into Whatcom County Jail. In many cases charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Joelle Marie Cacciatore, booked by Bellingham Police Department for second-degree assault.

Christopher Michael Sacha, booked by Bellingham Police Department for second-degree theft and second-degree trafficking.

Jacob Christian Smith, booked by Bellingham Police Department for vehicular assault.

Raynie Celeste Solomon, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kris Allen White, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for driving with a license suspended in the third degree.

Michael D. Wisener, booked by Department of Corrections for a department detainer.
