The Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office lists the following people as being booked into Whatcom County Jail. In many cases charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Stefanie Kay Andrews, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for third-degree theft and failure to appear in court on a charge of first-degree criminal trespassing.

Kimberly Jean Baker, booked by the Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Amy Marie Carbajal, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance.

Marinus Robert Crossen, booked by the Washington State Patrol for reckless driving and vehicular assault.

Marian J. Davidson, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for shoplifting and failure to appear in court on a charge of third-degree theft.

Vania Leticia Marie Gutierrez, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear in court on charges of controlled substance violation, second-degree possession of stolen property and first-degree criminal impersonation.

James Albert Ivie, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for a drug court violation.

William Christopher Marglon, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for third-degree malicious mischief.

Alexander Joseph Martinez, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for second-degree possession of stolen property.

Eduardo Antonio Porras, booked by the Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.

Damien Jack Rowley, booked by the Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.

Timothy Edward Tabor, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for hit and run of an attended vehicle, second-degree driving with a suspended license and fourth-degree assault.

Harry Lawrence Walker, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for driving under the influence.
