Fair focuses on the needs of older Whatcom County residents

Meals on Wheels and More is hosting its 17th Senior Day in the Park for older county residents from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 10, at Hovander Homestead Park in Ferndale.

It’s a free fair with a barbecue lunch, featuring live music, bocce, fitness demonstrations and more than 30 local resources. Suggested lunch donation is $5.
