A popular Christian music radio station has moved its studio from Lynden into a larger space in Bellingham.

Praise 106.5 FM recently moved into the Dorothy Haggen Building at 2211 Rimland Drive in Barkley Village. According to a news release, the company outgrew its space in Lynden. The Bellingham studio has more than 3,000 square feet of space. The radio station had been in Lynden for 35 years.

The station, which has the call letters KWPZ, serves Whatcom, Skagit and Island counties, as well as British Columbia. The radio station’s tower is on Orcas Island’s Mount Constitution. The station is owned by Crista Media.
