WCC student Angela Ramous named Miss Whatcom County 2016
Angela Ramous, a 20-year-old Whatcom Community College student, is Miss Whatcom County 2016.
Ramous, who is studying hospitality and businesses management, beat out six other contestants Saturday night, March 5, at the college’s Syre Center. She also won the interview segment and was named Miss Congeniality.
Ramous will receive more than $2,200 in cash scholarships and a $2,000 in-kind scholarship to Washington Technology Institute. She also will go on to compete for Miss Washington in July.
