Veterans survey aims to improve services in Whatcom County
Aiming to improve services and build better connections for veterans and their families, the Whatcom County Health Department and Western Washington University are surveying county residents who have served on active duty in the U.S. military.
The online survey, which takes about five minutes to complete, can be found at studentvoice.com/wwu/whatcomcountyvet2016. Information collected will be anonymous, but there is an option to enter an email address to connect veterans with area programs.
Data from the survey will be shared with veteran service providers in the community and used at a Veteran Summit that will be held in March at WWU.
The survey is open until Feb. 29. For more information, contact Ann Beck at ann.beck@wwu.edu
