BELLINGHAM

The first installment of the 2016 winter farmers market is Saturday, Jan. 16.

The market will be open 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Depot Market Square, the same time and location as the weekly market that is a staple of downtown Bellingham from spring to Christmas.

The Winter Saturday Market will be open one Saturday each month until the weekly market opens in April. The other dates are Feb. 20 and March 19.
