A 14-year-old boy crashed a dirt bike into a garage in Sudden Valley and was rushed to the hospital Saturday night, Sept. 5, according to the Washington State Patrol.
The boy crashed into a garage at 1 Misty Ridge Court, where he lived, at around 6:45 p.m. Saturday, said WSP spokesman Mark Francis.
The boy, Ross Campbell, was taken to St. Joseph hospital and airlifted to Harboview Medical Center in Seattle in critical condition. He remained at Harborview on Tuesday in serious condition, a nursing supervisor said.
A gofundme page set up by a family friend to help cover medical expenses says Ross had injuries to his brain and internal organs, along with several broken bones.
