Cascade’s Best smoothie is in Bellingham. We tried it for you
This year’s Cascades Best Award winners have now been announced, recognizing local businesses and individuals from a variety of categories — from breweries and bakeries to child care, schools, dentists, bookstores and more.
Each year, the awards name three winners in each category, placing gold, silver and bronze.
We visited the 2026 Cascade’s Best gold winner for the best smoothie and juice: Robeks in Bellingham’s Barkley Village neighborhood.
Robeks, a fresh juice and smoothie chain restaurant, offers a wide variety of smoothies, freshly squeezed juices, acai bowls, flatbreads, wraps and more.
The shop’s menu features 29 smoothies, from “performance plus” protein packed options with 70 grams of protein, to wellness smoothies such as the “Age Buster,” “Tropi-Kale,” and “Super Green.”
The smoothie shop also allows you to add a “boost” to any smoothie or juice, such as immunity, probiotics, protein powder, multi-vitamins, bee pollen, chia seeds and turmeric.
“Robeks premium proprietary boost blends are of the highest quality, sourced from whole foods and are carefully blended formulas designed to increase nutrition, bolster immunity, add energy, improve heart health, and much, much more,” Robeks’ website states.
The shop also serves avocado toast, fresh wellness shots, spinach and feta stuffed pretzels, smoothie bowls and more.
The chain restaurant has locations across the United States, but Bellingham’s shop is the only Washington state location.
Bellingham’s Robeks smoothie and juice shop is open from 7:30 a.m. to 6:45 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8:45 a.m. to 6:45 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at 3110 Woburn St. #107 in Bellingham.
