Roller derby: The Bellingham Roller Betties and Downtown Bellingham Partnership will host an outdoor bout Saturday, Aug. 22. It runs 4 to 7 p.m. at the Bellingham Public Market, 1530 Cornwall Ave. Come and watch teams Black Death and Red Riot tear it up, for free.
Flix frisk: If you’re carrying a bag or backpack into the Regal movie theaters in Barkley, expect to have your bag searched.
