The Bellingham Police Department is seeking public assistance in locating a person who is missing and in crisis.

The most recent known location of Tevis Honeycutt, 25, was near the Sehome Hill Arboretum on Tuesday. Honeycutt was wearing blue jeans. He is described as a white male with blond hair and blue eyes, standing 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighing about 140 pounds.

Anyone with information is asked to call 911 immediately.
