A Bellingham restaurant has been listed for sale as a turnkey business opportunity.

Supon’s Thai Kitchen near Western Washington University recently was listed for sale by a local real estate agent, although the building is not included in the sale.

“Turn-key restaurant space offering 2,701 SQFT with seating for up to 80 guests and a steady flow of consistent regulars. Fully equipped kitchen includes a commercial hood, deep fryer, 4 woks, large ice machine, 2 prep sandwich coolers, walk-in cooler, additional freezers and multiple prep sinks, ready for your concept or to continue operating as is,” a March 3 Facebook post by Luis Herrera, a REMAX real estate broker, states.

The selling price for the business is $79,000.

Supon’s Thai Kitchen is regularly open from 3 to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday and noon to 9 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at 111 N Samish Way in Bellingham.
