Washington State Patrol has issued a Missing Indigenous Person Alert (MIPA) for a 14-year-old boy last seen around 8 a.m. March 2 in the 4100 block of Deemer Road in Bellingham.

Dakota Cooper is 5 feet, 8 inches tall with brown hair and brown eyes. He was reported missing when he did not return home from school.

Anyone with information is asked to call 911 and reference case number 26B11849.
