Update: WSP cancels MIPA alerts for two missing teens

Washington State Patrol has issued separate Missing Indigenous Person Alerts (MIPA) for a pair of girls who were last seen around 12:30 p.m. March 1 in the Bellingham area.
Tabitha Running-Bear, 17, is 5 feet, 2 inches tall and weighs 120 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes, according WSP. Running-Bear was last seen wearing a black shirt and a black jacket, according to WSP.
Ariel Feliciano, 16, is 5 feet, two inches tall and weighs 130 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes. Feliciano was last seen wearing a blue sweater, white/tan checkered pants with gray shoes and carrying a large bag, according to WSP.
WSP issued the alert on behalf of the Lummi Nation Police Department. WSP did not indicate that the cases are linked in any way. Anyone with information is asked to call the non-emergency number at 360-312-2274. Cite case No. 26I01215 for Running-Bear, or 26I01219 for Feliciano.
