A collision on Southbound Interstate 5 south of Meridian Street was blocking the left lane in Bellingham Tuesday morning.

The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) reported the collision at about 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday.

Washington State Patrol is on scene. As of 10 a.m., traffic is backed up to the Airport Road exit.

Delays should be expected in the area. No injuries were reported as of 10 a.m. Tuesday, according to WSDOT.
