Washington State Patrol issues MIPA for missing teen recently spotted in Bellingham

The Washington State Patrol on Monday night issued a Missing Indigenous Person Alert (MIPA) on behalf of the Bellingham Police Department for Ariel Feliciano, 15.

According to the alert, Feliciano was last seen around 9:20 p.m. Monday, Jan. 13, in the 1700 block of Ellis Street in Bellingham. She left the area as a passenger in an early 2000s dark blue Honda Civic or Accord.

Feliciano was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt, gray Adidas pants, red-and-gray Air Jordan shoes and a black and gray camo backpack. She is 5 feet, 3 inches tall and weighs 130 pounds. She has brown hair and eyes.

Anyone with information regarding her location is asked to call 911, submit a tip online at www.cob.org/tips or call the Bellingham Police tip line at 360-778-8611. The case number is 25B-02712.
