The Bellingham Herald

The Bellingham Police Department is asking for help in locating a missing woman who is suspected to be in Bellingham.

Ruby Nicole Juhl, 30, is an Oak Harbor woman who has not been seen by her family in more than a year. She has no teeth, a large birthmark on her right thigh, and it is possible she has shaved her head. She is 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs approximately 135 pounds, according to a BPD social media post.

Juhl’s family recently received information she may be living in a Bellingham encampment.

Anyone with information regarding her location is encouraged to call 360-676-6911 or leave a tip online at www.cob.org/tips.
