Last week, we put out a call to readers, asking them to submit a picture of their dog as we put together a poll to find the cutest dog in the Bellingham area. Over the course of just a few days, we received nearly 150 responses from across Whatcom County.

Starting today, you can vote for your favorites using the poll attached to this page. We split the submissions into four groups. Vote for your favorite dog in the each group, and you’ll see the next set of dogs. You’re limited to one vote per group, but you can vote as many times as you want if you come back to the page.

Voting will close at noon on Sunday, Sept. 22. The five dogs in each group with the most votes will advance to the next round. Voting for the second round will begin next week, with the five dogs who receive the most votes advancing to the finals.

Remember: This poll isn’t scientific — it’s for fun!
