WSP issues MIPA for missing Skagit County teen

A Missing Indigenous Person Alert (MIPA) has been issued by the Washington State Patrol on behalf of the Skagit County Sheriff’s Office for Bryson Morris, 15. He was last seen leaving his Burlington residence around 3:40 p.m. June 15. Authorities suspect he may be heading to the Yakima area.

He was last seen wearing black pants, black sweater and a black backpack. Morris is 5 feet, 4 inches tall and weighs 125 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
