Project Estimator – Elements of Hospitality

  • Salary: $80,000 to $125,000 a year
  • Description: Comes up with bids for various contract projects. Communicates with customers, vendors and subcontractors, reviews subcontractor and vendor bids to make sure they’re accurate. Pursues potential new customers. Works with project management team and contract administration to pass off project once the bid is awarded.
  • Requirements: High school diploma, 5 years of experience in estimating or a similar role, experience with process strategy, communication and time management skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Director – Washington Center for Employee Ownership

  • Salary: $95,000 to $115,000 a year
  • Description: Leads and develops a strategy for a new organization. Leads fundraising efforts, manages grants. Collaborates with steering committee and partner organizations. Leads outreach efforts.
  • Requirements: 3 to 5 years of leadership experience, fundraising and business development experience, budget management skills, written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and relationship building.

Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor – TEAM Vocational Services

  • Salary: $30 to $55 an hour
  • Description: Work with people who have suffered workplace injuries to assess their ability to get back into the workforce, assist them in planning their return to work, monitor workers’ progress at their new jobs.
  • Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, Certified Disability Management Specialist or Commission for Rehabilitation Counselor certification. 3+ years of working as a VRC, Dept. of Labor and Industries provider number or ability to get one, writing and communication skills, strong typing skills and proficiency with Microsoft Word.

Director of Construction Operations – G.K. Knutson, Inc.

  • Salary: $90,000 to $150,000
  • Description: Develops and implements strategy, manages budget, creates marketing strategy, enforces quality control standards.
  • Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, or a similar field, leadership experience, strategic planning skills, leadership, communication and relationship-building skills, knowledge of safety regulations and relevant laws.

API Technician – Industrial Inspection and Analysis

  • Salary: $50 to $55 an hour
  • Description: Ensures operations are meeting safety standards, performs any necessary equipment setup or breakdown before and after a job, fills out job reports and any other required paperwork.
  • Requirements: High school diploma, good grasp of mechanical concepts, understanding of nondestructive testing processes, proficiency with Microsoft Office. API 510, API 570, and/or API 653 certifications. Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs. Experience with MT/PT/UT/PAUT/CWI preferred.

Executive Director – The Bellingham at Orchard

  • Salary: $90,000 to $95,000 a year (plus performance-based bonuses)
  • Description: Manages the day-to-day operations of a senior living facility, develops marketing plans to ensure the facility is at full capacity, maintains a high quality of care for residents. Makes sure billing and bookkeeping are taken care of, complies with federal and state regulations,
  • Requirements: Relevant professional license, marketing and public relations skills, ability to communicate effectively with seniors, Assisted Living Administrator certification, three years of management experience in a similar environment

Realtor – Windermere Real Estate

  • Salary: $75,000 to $100,000 a year
  • Description: Work with clients to determine their real estate needs, analyze housing market and estimate property values, maintain property listings, prepare necessary paperwork, show and market properties.
  • Requirements: Must have a real estate license or enrolled in a program working towards one, previous work experience, strong interpersonal skills, computer skills, 18 years or older.

Construction Manager – Pacific Facility Solutions

  • Salary: $35 to $60 an hour
  • Description: Manage projects, work with team to minimize risk, create status reports, hire subcontractors, plan estimates and bids.
  • Requirements: 10+ years of experience in construction, 5+ years of project management experience, 2+ years of contract estimating and bidding experience, computer skills.
