One person died in a single-vehicle rollover crash early Thursday morning on North Cascades Highway near Moen Road in Skagit County east of Concrete.

According to the Washington State Patrol, Skyler R. Marker, 31, of Marblemount, was driving a 1999 Subaru Legacy westbound and failed to make a turn, causing the vehicle to roll several times.

Marker was reportedly not wearing a seat belt, and he was ejected from the car, coming to rest against the eastbound guardrail. The Subaru came to rest in the westbound lane.

The road was blocked for two and a half hours as a result of the crash, which occurred around 5:43 a.m. Thursday, March 7.
