Rental home and apartment listings in Bellingham show some prices declining last month, according to rental housing data companies.

Zumper reported that the March median price of $1,470 for one-bedroom Bellingham apartment listings was up 5% from February’s median of $1,390.

March’s median price of $1,474 for studio apartment listings was up 1.6% from February’s median of $1,450. March’s median price of $1,762 for two-bedroom listings was up 0.7% from February’s median of $1,750.

RentHub reports median rental listing prices for houses, multiplexes and apartments of all sizes. Prices in March:

Increased in the 98225 ZIP code from February’s average of $1,517 to $1,534 in March.

Decreased in the 98226 ZIP code from February’s average of $2,092 to $1,950 in March.

If you are looking for an affordable rental in Bellingham, looking in the 98225 zip code could save you over $400 a month compared to 98226’s average rental prices.
