How much are your school administrators paid? The 10 highest paid jobs in Bellingham schools

Employees in the Bellingham Public School District are making as much as $351,395 a year, according to data from Washington state’s Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction.

The data has been collected through public records requests by McClatchy to create a salary database that allows you to search public school districts workers’ salaries. You can search through it below.

Not only do Washington public schools offer competitive salaries for teachers and administrators, but Washington was ranked as the best state for teachers based on salary, benefits, work environment, career accessibility and student performance in a 2022 study by Scholaroo.

In the Bellingham school district, about 1,700 staff members work to educate approximately 12,000 students across 14 elementary schools, four middle schools and four high schools.
