Power returns for nearly 2,000 PSE customers in northeast Bellingham Thursday morning
Power has returned for nearly 2,000 Bellingham Puget Sound Energy customers who were without electricity Thursday morning, April 30.
PSE reports that the outage affected 1,846 customers and was caused by a bird or animal.
The outage affected traffic lights along Woburn Street at Sunset Drive and Barkley Boulevard and cut power in Barkley Village.
The affected area covered areas east of Wobrun Street, west of Grant Street, south of Alabama Street and north of Sunset Drive in the Barkley, Roosevelt and Sunnyland neighborhoods.
