Central Pier on the waterfront is now open for strolling. We gave it a try.

Central Pier at the Bellingham waterfront is now open, according to a Facebook post from the Port of Bellingham.

They invite you to walk from downtown or park in Old Town and take a stroll along Central Pier. It is a great spot to check out the construction of Waypoint Park.
