Crazy days: This longtime entertainment retailer is closing shop
A longtime movie rental store is starting a closing business sale.
The last day to rent a movie at Crazy Mike’s Video is Monday, then everything in the store is on sale starting at 11 a.m. on Jan. 23, said manager Sean Marshall.
The store is at the Lakeway Center near Whole Foods at 1066 Lakeway Drive.
Crazy Mike’s has been in Bellingham for 22 years, surviving as other video rental stores shut down after technology changed and streaming video became popular.
The store has around 33,000 movies, most of which will be available for sale on Tuesday, Marshall said.
Crazy Mike’s also has a collection of movie posters available to purchase.
