After years of providing fresh fish to retail and wholesale customers, Barlean’s Fishery at 3660 Slater Road is planning to add some new features this summer.
The first is a food truck, which is expected to start serving lunch at Barlean’s Fishery sometime in July, said Mark Riedesel, general manager of the fishery. The seafood-focused menu will include things like fish and chips. Eventually the truck will drive to other locations.
The other addition is a retail shop, which will sell beer and wine, much of it local and regional.
Details about the company can be found at its Facebook page.
