Bio Life grand opening in new Bellingham building Sept. 30

BioLife Plasma Services will have a grand opening at its new 15,000-square-foot facility on Tuesday, Sept. 30.

The event begins at 10 a.m. at 905 Darby Drive. The company collects plasma from donors to be processed for a variety of medical treatments, including patients with hemophilia and immune disorders.

“BioLife is pleased to be a part of Bellingham and we appreciated the support of residents who donate their plasma that is used in life-saving therapies for patients,” said Manager Katy Finney in a news release.

The new facility has a supervised playroom, free wireless Internet and will employ around 50 people. For details, visit biolifeplasma.com.
