The company’s name is Superfeet, but perhaps its slogan should be Super Place to Work.

The insole manufacturer was selected by Outside Magazine for its 2015 Best Places to Work list. Superfeet was ranked sixth in the Best Gear Jobs category and 78th overall. The company also made the list in 2008 and 2011.

According to a news release, Outside Magazine looks for companies that encourage employees to lead an active lifestyle, are eco-conscious and prioritize giving back to the community.

Superfeet has plenty of perks for employees, including a video game room, a volleyball court, happy hours on most Fridays, a wellness committee that mandates massages and is a dog-friendly workplace. In July the company’s employee stock ownership program purchased the balance of the company’s shares, making it 100 percent employee-owned. Employees also get two paid volunteer days per year to go with their benefits package.

According to the article, Superfeet has 102 employees.
