4 new Sam's Club stores planned for Texas. Here's where they'll open
Four new Sam's Club warehouse stores are on the way to Texas - three in the Houston area and one in the Rio Grande Valley.
A spokesperson for the Walmart-owned Ralter told USA TODAY in December 2025 the company would open seven stores across the country, more than half of them in Texas.
The company has not announced official opening dates but when the new stores open, Sam's Club's Texas footprint will grow to 86.
Here's a closer look at where each new store will be built in Texas and a look at what a Sam's Club membership includes.
Sam's Club Texas locations
The new locations are being built at:
- Baytown – 6611 Garth Road.
- Katy – 29153 Katy Freeway.
- Tomball – 13255 N. Grand Parkway W.
- Weslaco – Intersection of Barbee Drive and FM 1015.
The company has not yet announced official opening dates for the locations, but they are set to open in 2026.

Sam's Club membership prices
Sam's Club offers two membership tiers: Club at $60 a year and Plus at $120 a year.
Both memberships include free curbside pickup and member-only fuel prices. Plus members also get access to early shopping hours and savings at the pharmacy, optical center and tire center.
