New Bellingham coffee shop opens, serving unique drinks from morning to night
A new drive-through espresso stand has opened near Bellingham’s Sunset square, serving unique drinks, snacks and more.
Mercurys Coffee Co. officially opened Tuesday, Nov. 18, according to a social media post. The new coffee shop is located at 1100 E Sunset Dr., the previous location of Big Foot Java.
“Our brand-new Mercurys Coffee location is now serving the Bellingham community! Swing through for your favorite 100% organic coffee, handcrafted drinks, and the exceptional service you know and love,” the Facebook post states.
The stand serves traditional drinks such as lattes, mochas, teas and smoothies, but also features unique flavor combinations and drinks.
The chain’s signature drinks include “The Bees Knees Coffee,” honey cardamon, Mexican mocha, blonde Hawaiian, and caramel silk drinks, as well as “energy elixirs” such as the “Euphoria,” made with pin Lotus energy concentrate, red dragon fruit, vanilla cream and whipped cream.
The stand also serves food items such as sandwiches, quiches, croissants and pastries and breakfast sandwiches.
Mercurys Coffee Co. is a chain of espresso stands in Washington, with locations in Bellevue, Everett, Kirkland, Woodinville, Bothell, Fall City, Redmond and Sammamish.
Mercurys Coffee Co. in Bellingham is open from 4 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily at 1100 E Sunset Dr. in Bellingham.
