End-of-Life Workshops

Whatcom Alliance for Health Advancement holds free workshops about end-of-life choices. Topics include advance care planning, durable power of attorney for health care, and advance directives. Details: 360-788-6594.

Lynden Community Center

Mended Hearts

Trips and Tours

May 22: Tour the first Vancouver Centre International Art event, with famous paintings, photographs and other works by artists from around the world.

May 27: Visit the waterfront town of Coupeville and tour Meerkerk Rhododendron Gardens.

June 23-26: Tour the top of Olympic Peninsula, including Hurricane Ridge, Lake Crescent, the Elwha River Dam, and Port Angeles.
