What is it? Aldrich Farms has been in business in Bellingham since 1997, making gourmet jams, jellies, butters and mustards. The company crafts unusual flavor combinations, such as Raspberry Chocolate Jam, Raspberry Habanero Jam, Apricot Jalapeno Jam, Orange Pepper Jelly, Cranberry Pepper Jelly, Apple Garlic Pepper Jelly, Apple Chipotle Mustard, Sweet and Hot Mustard, and Champagne Mustard. In 2010, its Sweet and Hot mustard won a gold medal at the World Mustard Championships.
Why buy them? Aldrich products have minimal ingredients and nothing that is artificial. The products are made with local fruit and raw ingredients as much as possible.
What else? Ron and Lisa Guier bought Aldrich Farms in March 2014. Projects include moving the operation from Aldrich Road to Pacific Highway, adding retails outlets, and developing new products.
Where can I find them?
