Preston Scott Estrada, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for a probation or parole violation.

Sy Eubanks, booked by the state Department of Corrections on a swift and certain warrant.

Arthur Lee Felder, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office on fugitive from justice warrants.

William Loren Fife, booked by the state Department of Corrections for a department detainer.
