Here’s what’s backing up traffic on northbound I5 in Bellingham
Emergency crews responded to reports of a four-car accident Monday afternoon on Northbound Interstate 5 near the Iowa Street off ramp.
According to Pulse Point, the accident was toned at 3:02 p.m.
Washington State Department of transportation cameras are showed traffic backing up beyond the Lakeway Drive exit and almost to Samish Way, but WSDOT reported all lanes were opened by 3:18 p.m.
