Bellingham rent prices increase again, but these neighborhoods cost $225 less than others
Rental homes and apartment listing prices in Bellingham increased last month, according to rental housing data companies.
Zumper reported that the July median price of $1,423 for a one-bedroom Bellingham apartment was up 0.7% from June’s median price of $1,412.
July’s median price of $1,294 for studio apartment listings was 1.7% increase compared to June’s median price of $1,272. July’s median price of $1,842 for two-bedroom listings also increased from June’s median price of $1,800.
