Bayfront Italian eatery Giuseppe’s Al Porto Ristorante Italiano at 21 Bellwether Way has new summer hours.

Lunch hours are 11:30-3 p.m. with happy hour and the early dinner menu starting immediately after until 6 p.m. every day. The full dinner menu starts at 5 p.m.

Specialties on the lunch menu include the Linguine Con Gamberoni E Pesto which is linguini with prawns, basil pine-nut pesto, white wine, cream and fresh tomato for $16.

Four-course twilight dinner at Chinuk

Chinuk Restaurant at The Four Points by Sheraton Bellingham is offering a four-course twilight dinner every Sunday through Thursday from 2-6 p.m.

Start with your choice of Oregon bay shrimp cocktail or pita chips and hummus; plus clam and salmon chowder, house or side Ceasar salad. Then opt for an entree of grilled king salmon, pan-roasted chicken breast, bite-sized steak medallions or fish and chips. Dessert choices are creme brulee, mini hot fudge sundae or Northwest beignets

The restaurant, at 714 Lakeway Drive, is open 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
