Downtown Bellingham restaurant and indoor activity venue closing permanently
A Bellingham indoor mini golf venue, restaurant and taproom will close permanently next month.
Flatstick Pub is planned to close Dec. 20, according to an Instagram post from the business.
“After a lot of thought, we’ve made the tough decision that Flatstick Pub Bellingham will be closing permanently after service on Saturday, December 20th,” the Nov. 3 Instagram post states.
“We’re so grateful for all the memories, laughs, and good times shared here over the years. From epic putt-offs and trivia nights to countless beers with friends — this community has been something special, and we can’t thank you enough for being part of it,” the Instagram post states.
The Bellingham restaurant regularly hosted trivia and bingo nights, and also offered discounted games for Western Washington University students on Wednesdays.
Flatstick Pub also has two locations in Seattle, as well as locations in Redmond, Spokane and Kirkland.
The Bellingham location serves pizza, wings, beer, salads and desserts, and invites guests to play a game or two of mini golf, darts and “Duffleboard,” a mini golf and shuffleboard hybrid game.
Flatstick Pub is open from 3 to 9 p.m. Monday and Tuesday, 3 to 10 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, noon to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and noon to 9 p.m. Sunday. After 9 p.m., the venue is only open to those age 21 and older.
Flatstick Pub is at 902 N State St. in downtown Bellingham.
