New Barkley Village ice cream shop scooping ‘dreamy’ small-batch flavors
Bellingham’s newest sweet shop is opening at noon Friday, May 30, scooping up a wide variety of unique ice cream flavors.
Little Dreamer Ice Cream Co., an ice cream shop in Barkley Village, is more than meets the eye, and is described as a “dreamy little ice cream shop in the clouds. Small batch — from scratch,” according to its website.
The unique ice cream is serving up a variety of decadent ice cream creations, like berry cobbler, peanut butter s’mores, strawberry shortcake, circus animal, vanilla latte, salted caramel and “dream crunch” — a vanilla ice cream base with homemade granola, chocolate chips and a caramel swirl.
The ice cream shop filed a building permit application back in January to take over the previous location of Vitality Bowls Superfood Café, next door to Regal Cinemas at 3001 Cinema PL Suite 101.
Little Dreamer Ice Cream Co. opens at noon Friday, and will be open from noon to 10 p.m. daily.
