Robeks is open from 7:15 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. daily.
Tying for second place with nine votes were Emerald City Smoothie and Refresh Juice Co. These smoothie shops are both in Bellingham.
Emerald City Smoothie serves smoothies and acai bowls and is open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday at 1058 Lakeway Dr. in Bellingham.
