Families: Celebrate Dr. Seuss at Barnes and Noble

The books of Dr. Seuss will be celebrated during the final week of Barnes & Noble’s monthlong Get Pop-Cultured event series.

At 7 p.m. Friday, July 31, the Barnes & Noble Dr. Seuss Spectacular will host readers of all ages for a night of fun and games with themes about the famous children’s author. The Bellingham Barnes & Noble is at 4099 Meridian St.

People can make their own Seuss character crafts, such as a Lorax mustache or “Horton Hears a Who!” elephant ears. There will also be trivia games and other activities to get kids up and moving.
