Wines from nationally-acclaimed producer Ferrari-Carano will be featured in a unique five-course dinner at Semiahmoo Resort on June 16.

The California-based Ferrari-Carano has been a world class winemaker since 1985 and will have wines ranging from its 2013 Reserve Chardonnay Carneros to the 2012 Tresor Red Wine.

Chef Bruno Feldeisen will be pairing the wines with five different courses including maple-marinated sockeye salmon served with pickled white asparagus and roasted heirloom tomato vinaigrette, roasted halibut and crispy pork belly with sweet corn and a yuzu olive oil drizzle and for dessert a strawberry rhubarb tart with verveine ice cream.

Accommodations are included with the overnight package starting at $395 for two.
