Jason Kelce Reveals How Many Beers He Had at Brother Travis' Wedding

Jason Kelce was on hand to celebrate his brother, Travis Kelce, and Taylor Swift's joyous union at the wedding of the year.

The retired Philadelphia Eagles center, 38, had served as Travis' best man during the Friday, July 3, ceremony, which was held at New York City's Madison Square Garden.

"It was a good time," Jason gushed to fans at the American Century Championship golf tournament on Thursday, July 9, per Page Six, later revealing that the reception was "great."

When fans asked whether he consumed more or less than 15 beers, Jason noted that he had "way over" that amount.

In the leadup to the big day, Jason and Kylie - who have been married since April 2018 and share daughters Wyatt, 6, Ellie, 5, Bennett, 3, and Finn, 15 months - helped the bride and groom keep the details of their nuptials under lock and key. After brushing off several attempts by the media to break behind-the-scenes info, Kylie fired back at the incessant inquiries during an April episode of her podcast.

"Before I get into the questions I will answer, I just wanna say to literally everybody - I know it usually comes from a good place, not always - but quit asking me and my mother-in-law [Donna Kelce] about upcoming nuptials," she demanded at the time. "Nobody's f***ing telling you anything!"

Kylie insisted, "I don't have any details," repeating the denial three times.

She continued, "Stop f***ing asking me. Stop asking my mother-in-law," she said. "Here's the deal: Even if I did have any information, I'm not f***ing telling you. That's private information, if I had it. Private information between family. So A and B, C your way out."

Instead of her usual line of "I don't know," Kylie joked that she might start offering a new response.

"Keep f***ing asking. You know what my answer's gonna be? ‘I know nothing, suck my ass,'" she retorted. "No, actually, I'm done with the answer ‘I know nothing.' My new answer? ‘Suck my ass.' I'm gonna get a headband with LED lights and it's gonna say, ‘Suck my ass.'"

Jason, for his part, claimed he was similarly in the dark when asked whether he was "prepared" to deliver a best man speech at the wedding.

"Time will tell if there is [a best man] or anything like that," he explained on Good Morning America in December 2025. "I've been given no details on that front, but however I'm involved, I'll be happy to be. I'm just happy for those two."

Later that month, Jason joked that he might opt to go shirtless at Travis and Swift's ceremony after famously doing so when he and Kylie were initially introduced to the singer in January 2024.

"Listen, the first time I met Taylor was at a Buffalo Bills game. I jumped out of a suite. She invites us back to things now!" he quipped in a December 2025 interview with The Wall Street Journal. "We'll see if the shirt stays on or off."

He added, "I think if my shirt comes off, Kylie will be very upset about that."

All jokes aside, Jason emphasized how thrilled he is to see Swift join the Kelce family, noting, "I just enjoy her being my brother's soon-to-be wife, and aunt to my kids, and we try to leave that relationship where it should be, there."
