Prince Harry will no longer bring Meghan, kids to London on UK trip
Prince Harry is changing his plans.
The Duke of Sussex will no longer bring Duchess Meghan and their children along during the London portion of the visit to the U.K., a representative for Harry confirmed to USA TODAY Saturday, July 4.
That doesn't mean Meghan, 44, Prince Archie, 7, and Princess Lilibet, 5, won't accompany Harry, 41, on the trip at all. Arrangements for the rest of the trip are still under consideration, his rep said.
The last time Harry and Meghan were in the United Kingdom together was in September 2022 for the funeral of Queen Elizabeth II, which marked the end of the monarch's 70-year reign.
Harry has previously said concerns about his family's safety have prevented him from bringing Meghan and their children back to the United Kingdom, citing the loss of taxpayer-funded security after he stepped back from royal duties in 2020.
