This Grammy-winning rock band is coming to NW WA Fair; tickets on sale this week
The Northwest Washington Fair is returning to Lynden in August, and the first show of its Grandstand Entertainment series has been announced.
The annual fair will run Aug. 13-22 at the Northwest Washington Fairgrounds, and includes carnival rides, exhibits, games, food, and a series of live entertainment at the Grandstand Arena.
Last year, the Grandstand line up included Jake Owen, Chandler Moore, ZZ Top and Ginuwine.
Grammy award-winning rock band Stone Temple Pilots is scheduled perform at the fair on stage Saturday, Aug. 15.

With major hits like ‘Wicked Garden’ and the Grammy Award-winning smash single ‘Plush,’ they left their mark on the world with over 70 million albums sold. Their most recent studio album, Perdida, was released in 2020 with new lead singer Jeff Gutt, continuing the band’s legacy as influential musical icons,” a news release from fair officials states.
The band has won one Grammy and has been nominated for four others, according to the Grammy Awards website.
