Don’t forget Dad! Celebrate Father’s Day at Bellingham car show, brewery concerts and more
Father’s Day is Sunday, June 16, and if you’re looking to celebrate the father or grandfather in your life, these Whatcom County events and restaurants are celebrating this weekend.
Father’s Day Car Show
Bellewood Farms and Distillery is hosting its eighth annual Father’s Day Car Show from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday. The event will include a free car show with hundreds of cars, as well as a special menu at the farm’s cafe, distillery tastings and a lineup of local beer, ciders and wine.
Bellewood Farms is at 6140 Guide Meridian Rd. in Lynden.
Father’s Day Carnival
A Father’s Day Carnival — hosted by the Bellingham Unity Committee, Fatherhood the Foundation and A Juneteenth Celebration — will run from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday, June 16. The free event will include games, food, a bounce house, live music and vendors. It is taking place at Squalicum Creek Park, 1001 Squalicum Way in Bellingham.
Live music at Boundary Bay Brewery
Boundary Bay Brewery will host local band Country Rose for live music in the beer garden starting at 6 p.m. Sunday. Doors open at 5 p.m. and costs $10 per person, or $25 for a family.

Live music at Trackside
Kulshan Brewing Co. will host Rosin & Reed, a Celtic-Americana band equipped with guitars, fiddles, harmonicas and Irish pipes from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday. The event is free and open for all ages.
Kulshan Trackside is at The Portal Container Village at 298 W Laurel St. in Bellingham.
