Families: Take a behind-the-tanks look at Padilla Bay

Get a closer look at the Padilla Bay nature center displays during a free tour at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 25.

Aquarist Mark Olson will guide visitors through a fish feeding, an up-close look at some of the other animals, and a view of the aquarium’s systems. Registration is not required; the tour and parking are free, but donations are accepted.

Videos, worksheets and other resources for kids to learn about the aquarium and its attractions are available on the Padilla Bay website, padillabay.gov.

The aquarium is at 10441 Bayview-Edison Road, near the Skagit coastal community of Bay View.
