‘Go Set a Watchman’ released at Village Books

About 200 people showed up at the Fairhaven Village Green at 9:30 p.m. Monday, July 13, to watch a screening of the 1962 classic film “To Kill a Mockingbird,” based on Harper Lee’s 1960 novel, and to be first in line for the midnight release of Lee’s recently discovered book, “Go Set a Watchmen.”

“Go Set a Watchmen” is a prequel to Lee’s celebrated book set in a fictitious Alabama small town, where the now-adult Scout returns to visit her father, Atticus.
